Probably the biggest bomb to hit small business in a long time. This is going to require massive investment in consultants for compliance training, inspection, certification, encryption software subscriptions, etc. And the list goes on. The costs are going to be eye-watering.

Best suggestion: Venture capitalists create a bubble environment and drive all DoD small businesses into it for cloud processing. Huge opportunity for ecosystem software to integrate business together. Could be a real strength for US industry, if done right.
